About Us

Ryan and Faulds, LLC is a full service Land Surveying firm serving Fairfield County and Connecticut since 1960.  Founded by the late Richard M. Ryan (1975) and Russell G. Faulds in 1960 under the name of Richard M. Ryan, Land Surveyor.  It later became Ryan and Faulds, Land Surveyors in 1962 and subsequently Ryan and Faulds, LLC in 1995.

In 1970 the firm acquired the survey records of the S. W. Hoyt, Jr., Co., Inc., Bryan Associates, C. N. Wood Associates, and W. B. Ryder Co. substantially increasing its database of survey information upon which it can utilize in the preparation of modern survey mapping. 

Ryan and Faulds, LLC is a member of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc., Land Surveyors in Private Practice, Inc., The New England Section of the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.  We are members of the Wilton Chamber of Commerce.
